Configure Outlook Express

To be able to send email using our outgoing mail SMTP server you will need to be connected to our Internet access service.

1. Launch Outlook Express (Start > Programs > Outlook Express). If this is not listed, check in Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add / Remove Programs > Add / Remove Windows Components and ensure Outlook Express is selected.

2. If the add new mail account wizard starts then go to step 3, otherwise click Tools  then Accounts. On the Internet Accounts window click Add then Mail

3. Enter your name as you'd like other's to see it when they receive email from you e.g. "Fred Smith". Click Next

4. Enter your NSworld email address. Click Next

5. Ensure "My incoming mail server is a" is set to POP3. Incoming Mail Server is pop3.nswolrd.com. Outgoing mail server is smtp.nsworld.com see image below. Click Next

6. Enter your email address @nsworld.com in the Account Name field, and your password below. Tick Remember Password, see below.

7. Click Next then Finish

8. To check your email press the Send & Receive button, or press F5, or click Tools > Send & Receive > Send & Receive All
